Newborn Photography has reopened here in the new birth BG location with Samantha Steen!

This COVID-19 pandemic stuff has been hard ya'll .... hard for soooo many reasons.

It's been an especially difficult decision on when and if to reopen newborn photography services. Your health and safety is, and has always been, the most important thing to me. After much research and training, I feel comfortable opening and operating under a specific set of guidelines that will be strictly followed, for your safety and for mine.

You have THREE options for Newborn sessions!

Your first option is a No Touch Newborn Session.

I offered these sessions (Simply Newborn Sessions) before social distancing and COVID-19 was even a thing. I love them because they can capture the simple beauty of your baby without the need for excessive props, intricate wrapping, complicated posing and lots of time. I love them even more because I don't have to change a thing in order to document your little one in the safest way possible!

ANNNNNDDDDD it's the price of a mini session! $125.00 with 5 digital images and the option to purchase more images or wall art!

What's not to love about that????

Your Second option is a Lifestyle Newborn Studio Session.

This is can also be a completely no touch option. My gorgeous studio, located in downtown Bowling Green, is equipped to get all of those beautiful lifestyle images that make your heart swoon without the need to have additional visitors in your home and best of all no worries about cleaning before or after! I'll take care of all of that!

Lifestyle studio newborn sessions are $200 and include 10 digital images of your choice with the option to purchase more images or wall art! These sessions are typically an hour in length.

Your third option would be a Full Newborn Studio Session.

These sessions are the most requested and include all of the wraps and posing that you'd typically expect from a newborn session. Family and sibling shots included too! No need to go out and purchase props and outfits! We have everything you need here in the studio client closet!

Here are a list of things that I've completed and implemented to ensure that your photography experience is as safe as it possibly can be in the midst of a global pandemic.

1. I completed a training program specifically aimed at Safety and Infection Control and Prevention. I have implemented these measures in our day to day operations.

2. I have researched CDC and WHO guidelines on cleaning and disinfecting of materials used in the studio and implemented appropriate cleaning and sanitizing procedures for all of the equipment, props, high touch areas and surfaces.

3. Cleaning will be done with medical grade cleaning products and sanitizing procedures.

4. The studio will be cleaned before and after each session or client visit.

5. I will take no more than one studio session per day to allow time for proper cleaning and sanitizing of props, wraps and surfaces. (This will limit availability)

6. Assistants will only be used if necessary for special circumstances such as multiples to speed the flow of the session in order to limit exposure time.

7. I, along with any assistants, (if necessary) will wear protective face coverings throughout the entire session.

8. Proper and frequent hand washing as well as hand sanitizer will be used throughout the entire session.

9. Gloves will be worn upon request. (Gloves are intended to protect the wearer, and should not be a replacement for proper and frequent hand washing and sanitizing.)
