We're excited to offer this early pregnancy class to help take of some the guesswork and mystery out of the process and set you up with the resources and information to take an active role in your pregnancy and birth.
Some of the things that we'll learn about and discuss in class:

Different approaches to birth: Low intervention? Medically managed?

Choosing your care provider: Do you want an OB? A CNM? A CPM? A combination? What's the difference?
Opening Communication with your care provider and birth team

Common discomforts of pregnancy.
Warning signs in pregnancy and when to call your provider.
Choices to consider in your medical care, labor, birth and beyond!
You'll leave class with some goodies, resources and a hospital bag checklist to get you started in your preparation!
